Separate from our in-house Design/Build services, we also offer design services for home owners who already have their own contractor, real estate investors and/or real estate developers, as well as small commercial properties and businesses.

Pricing can vary by the size and type of each job but rates start at $55/hour with a job minimum of $300.

We have extensive experience designing functional and beautiful spaces for our clients and their everyday needs. By offering Design/Build services, budgets are set early, fewer problems arise, and less meetings are required. This results in a project that's on time, at budget, with no surprises.
