That’s up to you! Communication is key when it comes to each project, but especially when it comes to budget. We will create a detailed scope of work that will explain the costs and phases of the project and the materials chosen will be sure to fit in accordingly.
We are prepared to begin as soon as all the details are finalized. It is important to take into consideration how long it can actually take to plan a project, as lead times differ for some materials to be manufactured and delivered. It can take upwards to 4-6 weeks for custom cabinetry to be made, and several weeks to months for project planning depending on the job size. A signed contract is required before any work begins — This is a safeguard for us as well as you and assures that both parties are committed to the project.
Payments are made at completion points during each project. Those details are laid out in the contract, leaving no room for surprises. Many of our customers pay by check, credit card, or finance their project
We have developed a detailed process that is sure to make your project and experience with us go as smoothly as possible. There are four steps in our process: Consultation, Design, Contract, and Build.
They say if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life. We believe that to be true and are extremely fortunate to be able to do, everyday, what we are so passionate about. We treat each project as if it were our own home, ensuring the use of only the best materials, craftsmen, and suppliers. The majority of our clients are repeat customers or have been referred from those who have remodeled with us in the past — That speaks volumes about our reputation as a company. We truly want to help you to create a home that you are proud of and will enjoy for years to come.
We're fortunate to have such great partnerships with some of the best local suppliers. Once we begin the design phase, we will choose the materials and suppliers that are a perfect match for you, your project, and your budget.
