OUR PROCESS

Our journey together begins by first discussing your ideas, budget, and timeline for your project. We will determine whether there is a good fit between Centerline Construction, the client, and the project. If so, we will perform an initial site inspection to evaluate your home's current structure and condition, take measurements, and further discuss project specifics and expectations. At this time a Design Agreement is reviewed and signed (if necessary).

After learning what you love, we will discuss the different types of materials you'd like to use (custom or stock cabinets, hardwood or tile, etc.). Detailed drawings or 3-D renderings will be created, depending on the type of project being done, to help you visualize what your space will look like. By the end of the Design phase, you will have a final cost estimate and written scope of work for the approved design.

Upon acceptance of the final cost estimate and designs, the Construction Agreement and scope of work are signed and all required permits will be obtained. We will discuss the projected start dates and payment schedule, and material selections will be finalized.

During construction you will be pleased with respectful tradesmen who prioritize quality, cleanliness, & efficiency. Once the project is complete, we will end with a final inspection to ensure the quality of every detail.
